Add to cart redirects to checkout, I want it to redirect to cart

I want my "Add to cart" button to redirect to the Cart, not Checkout.

Recently I had changed Add to Cart redirect from cart page to checkout page but now I want to reverse it back to cart page but I am unable to remember what changes I have made. I looked the code changes but I'm unable to find the change I made. Or maybe it's not in the code, but I checked everywhere...
