Adding money to the total price by checkbox

Hi there,

I am trying to achieve that just above the buy now button a little checkbox is and when the checkbox is checked the total price gets added with 200,- extra. So if the price was 100 and the chechbox is checked the new price becomes 300.

Is this possible?
