Anyone else struggling to raise a ticket with Shopify support?

Every time I want to raise a ticket with Shopify, I just go round and round in circles. Then randomly the correct button appears!

today, I have no such luck, so I can’t talk to them. This has gone on for years….

anyone else have this problem and anyone know how to deal with it?
