AOS interfering with Item Filtering Help

Thank you for viewing my post. I am having trouble with AOS. I have added AOS to many Shopify elements but one I recently added it to was the class "grid-item" of the file "main-collection-product-grid.liquid". This made it so that on scroll, elements in a collection would animate. This seems to have effected the filtering function, so that whenever I filter products, they all disappear. I was wondering how I would solve this problem.

Things I have considered are re-initializing AOS (AOS.init()) every time a filter was applied, but I could not find the file in which you could edit the filtration code. 

If my store looks weird it is because I am switching up the products I am selling, and the domain will be changed soon.
