Can I create a fixed dollar amount bundle discount script?

Hi Shopify wizards! 

Is it possible to make Shopify script to offer bundles for fixed $ amount?

Buy 3 shirts for $50
Buy 6 for $90

instead of buy 3 and get 15% off...
