Cant find code to remove shipping to be calculated at next step (Minimal)

I am unable to find the code that puts this into the information section when someone clicks buy on an item. I have removed shipping to be calculated at checkout on all other parts. I am using the theme minimal and if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.

Looks like you're talking about removing it from the checkout. You can only hide that if you're on a Shopify Plus store. You can change the text to something else, though. Go to Online Store > Themes > your theme > Actions > Edit languages > search for 'calculated at next step'.
