Changing shipping rate based on payment method selected

HI, 

I am new to Shopify plus. I am trying to amend my shipping rate based on the payment mode selected. When a user clicks on COD - Cash on Delivery, then I want the shipping charge to increase from 100 to 200. 

How can I do this ?

You can use Shopify Scripts to get this done. Should you require assistance writing and implementing the script we can help you with that since it's not a simple copy/paste job.
