Create an instant and responsive search bar in the product page

Hello,

I'm creating a some how strange shop where if you press on any product then the product page will open and an auto load of facebook posts feed will start to load, there will be to many posts and each post put on a block and belong to a specific preselected facebook page 

My request is that I want to put a responsive search bar on the top of the product page so when you type a word it will instantly show you the related block (post) from the long feed while hiding the rest of the blocks so you only see the blocks that contains the word of search you put on the search bar, and this shall be done without refreshing the page or taking you into other page otherwise the feed will auto load again and you will lost your search
