CSS custom code for border on my contact page disappeared, can't figure out why

Hello all once again.  I really hate to come here and bother you all but I've spent hours trying to figure out why my contact page border mysteriously disappeared.  Below is the script I've been using for all my pages (with the appropriate page names changed for each page if needed).  It continues to work everywhere else BUT the contact page.  I've also posted two pics of the only code I've posted outside of custom CSS and directly into theme.liquid and style.css.  I've looked at it several dozen times and can't see anything wrong.

Everything else works perfectly fine and looks perfectly fine on the website. Even the contact page works properly but there's no border and I've thrown every piece of code I could find online at it and nothing brings it back.  I'm still learning here but for three days, I'm starting to get the hang of it with the exception of this.

Any ideas?

Just something to add because I can't edit.  The screenshot of the custom css shows .contact-border.  This was the last entry I played around with and just never changed it back, but it stopped working with the proper .page-contact-border.  Worked fine yesterday and most of today with that script.
