CSS Question: Shopify liquid "created_at" not showing in test emails

Forgive me, I'm not expert in CSS so my nomenclature is probably off.

I'm having trouble displaying Date Ordered with the shopify liquid "created_at"

As you can see in the image, it's just blank (preview test send)

I need to get this conversation started, not sure what else to say right now.

You should have the right Liquid property and you can even format it with the date filter but maybe it simply does not apply with the preview email. (I tried myself and it is coming up blank.) If you are working on a new store you should be able to place a test order and receive an email just as any other customer would.
