Is it possible to create a custom list like addresses.json ?

For exemple, a customer creates & registers profiles of his family like age and size and name it "Fanny" in his list "Family". He can select it in product page and informations of "Fanny" linked to the ordered product.

You can create a custom app which will save data in metaobjets or JSON type metafield.

Which can be later used on theme with custom coding in theme.
