Customizing the 'New Order Notification' template

Hey guys,

I am trying to customise my 'New Order Notification' template and add an order property. Specifically the email. Basically when new orders come through and are sent to my admin email it'd be ideal if they included the customers email associated with the order, I was suggested I come ask around here to see if anyone can lend a hand.
