Cx Unable to Log In and Invalid reCAPTCHA Token Errors

Hello,

We’re experiencing two issues with our Shopify store:

1.Some customers cannot log in to their accounts.

2.Others are getting an “Invalid reCAPTCHA token” error.

Shopify’s initial assessment mentioned that the issue might be due to the reCAPTCHA challenge not displaying properly, possibly caused by a problem with the theme code integration. They advised us to coordinate with a theme developer to optimize the reCAPTCHA, but we don’t have a technical team.

We would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve these issues without needing a theme developer. Has anyone encountered this before, and what steps did you take to fix it?
