discount codes not working on my custom theme

Hi,

We recently revamped our shopify website from a third party agency - goplaycosmetics.com. But it seems like none of the discount codes are working. We've plugged in Klaviyo discounts, and we've been receiving complains that our EDM campaign discounts are all showing invalid. 

Can you please help urgently?
