Employee Quantities

We have an employee store and our employees have 72 products a year for free (6 every month) 

I was wondering if there was a script that could be generated that whenever they purchased would showcase how many they have left in their account. 

For example, I bought 4 pair in January, script would run telling the employee they have 68 products left.

We are running on Shopify Plus yes. It's one of our multiple "storefronts"

Ok, and all employees purchase via a unique, customer account...correct?

Correct, the employee site has a login so each employee has their own account. They are all tagged with "employee" as well.
