Why is there no 'order ID'?

What is the best method to cross-reference the Order ID with the listed/available Event ID?

Can Order_name, or Order_ID be available here?

Hi, there is an order ID.

event.data?.checkout?.order?.id

but it's only available for checkout_completed events.
