Hi @Krishnac_123 , The Google Tag Manager (GTM) code will not appear during the checkout process, as this area is restricted in Shopify and cannot be accessed.

Thanks for your query.

the checkout page is designed that way , you can not place any tracking script.

additional script tag connects the thank you page with GTM.
