Hello ,i would like to add a way for me at the end to select complete

So I used DS to import the products, I have some friends that will be doing the shipping with their cars, and I don't want to ship automatically, so long story short I would like to add a button in the order page or a way for me to press complete so its neater for the customer and less confusing to me, a button that says complete or shipped or anything to show that its over, it currently says fulfilled that is not the word I am looking for.
So I and the customer can see complete.

simply I want a way to edit the product's status.
