Help on using integration with shopify

I use the integration program to control all my marketplace and shopify stores from a single point, take barcodes and send cargo. I connected to the integration program via API, but orders are not included in the integration because customer cargo address information is not shared with the integration in Shopify Basic. It's disappointing that Shopify doesn't have a very basic feature, I'm sure most of them work with integration. Is there any other way to integrate my orders? How do you handle it?

Does your integration program provide an API? You can synchronize Shopify customer address through the API of the integration program.
