Hide Ship Methods from Tagged Customers

I just need to be able to hide certain ship methods from a customer group tagged "Ground" for example, we only want to show them Ground shipping and if a customer is not tagged with that tag to show them all ship methods, including Ground. All the shopify scripts I can find show a ship method to one group of customers and then hide it from the rest. I only want to hide any non-Ground ship methods from customers tagged VIP. I'm hoping someone has a script for this.
