Hide shipping options at checkout for a specific street address

Is it possible to use the Shopify script editor to create a script that hidess all shipping options only if a specific street address is inputted? for example, 123 Test St.

Use case; There is a specific address that is associated with a lot of fraud orders. I want to flat out block the address from being shipped to by hiding all shipping options if the specific street address is inputted at checkout.

Unfortunately this didn't work as intended. It hid all the shipping rates regardless of what street address is inputted. This is the error i got:

AFAIK, This is not possible using Script Editor unless you are on Shopify Plus. You would need to use an app like ShipMagic (Starter plan) in order to hide rates for specific conditions like street address, postcode, etc.

Oh perfect then. I am sorry I am not good with scripts, but it is possible to do so. You can contact a developer to get this done.
