How can I add a custom order tag displaying a future date in Shopify?

Hi, I am having trouble finding an app that can complete this function and wonder if anyone else knows how to do this. 

I would like to add a custom tag to every order that I can see in my Shopify orders menu. 

This custom tag would display a date that is 7 business days after the date of purchase. 

For example, if the customer purchased on April 205h, 2023, the tag would show 05/01/2023. Does anyone know how to do this?

Adding a tag dynamically requires webhook or API access, which requires backend implementation.

Every installed APP comes with a cost since Shopify Flow APP is free to use therefore they might have included this on a higher pay package.

Yes, it's possible to implement in the Basic package too, but someone has to create an APP or an already developed APP.

Since you need a very basic feature, we can build this app for you at a very nominal cost, let me know your thoughts.
