How can I add a parallax section to my Taiga theme?

i'm using taiga as a theme on my shopify store, it's good but i have a problem that this theme is not including the parallax section with image or video background and i need to add a parallax section on my store.

Can anyone help me please to do this ? 

I know that i need to create a new section on my theme source code but i don't
