How can I add personalized text with geolocation above the add to cart button?

Hi

I found an e-commerce hosted by Shopify that has a personalized text above the cart button with a geolocation feature. It shows the city that the visitor is accessing the site from and the estimated delivery date. I would like to have the exact same personalized text above the add to cart button of my site's product pages. How can I achieve this?
