How can I adjust the 'Add to Cart' urgency to display every two days?

Hello,

I wanted to change the day this small text shows instead of showing the same day i want it to show every two day. (Use Code SAVE5 to save 5% until Sunday only!) Instead Saturday I wanted to show every two days from present day. Example today is Sunday I want it to show TUESDAY.
