How can I arrange footer text side by side on my page?

I want the Policies on my page to stand side-by-side and not on top of each other.
NOT like this:

Privacy Policy
Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
Terms of Service

Like this:
Privacy Policy   |   Refund Policy   |   Shipping Policy   |   Terms of Service

How do I do this?

What's the address of your store? If you have a storefront password set under Online store > Preferences, please post that here too or disable it, otherwise we can't see your storefront. (NOTE: Do NOT post your admin password here, only the storefront password).
