How can I center and enlarge a search bar on my webpage?

Hey!

I am wanting to change my search button into a search bar, and i am also wanting to place it in the middle of the page and make it a decently large size. I am aware it take some coding to accomplish. Could i get some help with this?

my theme is Refresh

The refresh theme supports four header displays, you can choose one and replace the search button with a search box!
