How can I create dynamic date filters for customer segmentation?

Hi, I need to create a filter for customer segmentation based on a metafield date, but the filter that I need is a dynamic one, I want my filter to add customers according to a dynamic date, for example the filter I need is: DATE = TODAY + 90 DAYS and for that customers to get a tag.

How can I do that?
