How can I fix cookie tracking script issues on my online store?

Hi there, 

I want to put this script on my shop.

So I can join an Affiliate platform and track my order. I put it in the checkout script, but the company didn't receive all information of the test order, as you can see in the picture.

What should I do to fix this issue? 

And i have also to put other Tags on my shop for the retargeting. Like Landing Page, Category, ProductSearch, Product, Basket and Checkout. Where can i find the sections to put the Tags in.
