How can I fix 'Text too small to read' error in Google Search Console?

I'm getting mobile issues within google search console:

Text too small to read, and elements too close.

I did an inspection and I can see some fonts are 14px, however I cannot find where I can fix/replace this within the code. Any help is appreciated.

I see this on the inspection of the page, but where exactly is this code located so that I can change it? Is this even the reason for this mobile error?

In terms of elements being too close to one another: I can't figure that part out. Any help is appreciated. I am not new to this, I just can't figure it out. 😕
