For instance, a user has entered a 25% off HOLIDAY25 coupon code for tshirts, but they have no tshirts in their cart. Some customers have been confused and emailing us about the coupon code not working. The coupon code is working but it is not for the items the customer has in their cart. It would be nice for a message to display in this situation. Something like, "25% off all tshirts." But ideally I do not want this message hard coded and always visable, I want a few logical conditions.
