How can I remove the Javascript requirement alert from my online store?

At the top of my store it says, "This store requires javascript to be enabled for some features to work correctly." I know it has something to do with the coding of my site. I need to delete it and I do not know how. 

I don't even know where to begin with the coding aspect. Can someone help?
