How can I sell digital QR code activation keys efficiently?

Hello Guys , 

I sell activation keys in the form of a QR code.

When the customer completes a purchase, the QR code appears on the Thank You page, and below it is a code that is copied.

Each product has a quantity of 3 Qr For each purchase, a different QR and activation code appear.

This means that each QR and activation code are linked to each other, and if a purchase is completed, one QR andactivation code are missing.

No other purchase must show the same Qr and activation code .

The QR and activation code must appear on the orders page and Thank You page.

How can I do this?

Is there an expert I can hire to do this for me or is there an application ready for this?
