How could I alter the "Check out" button to a "Get price offer" button?

Hello, I've started making a website recently and I would like to have a "Get price offer" button instead of the "Check out" one, I was wondering if there is a way to somehow alter it?

The "Get price offer" button would simply send an email to the shop with a list of all the products that were selected, and the shop would send an email back offering a price.

I was looking at some of the code and its pretty complicated for me so any help would be appreciated!

The website is not published yet, very early work in progress.. I made a test product to be able to add something into the cart.

What should I provide?
