How do I find and send the correct Buy Button embed code?

I am not a super tech savvy person and so I hired out my website design to a third party and have connected the domain to my shopify store.  In order to use the domain, I need to send them my embed code for the buy button that I created.  When I send what I think is embed code, it comes up broken and error messages occur. I then try to go and look for the coding in the theme editor and it's like a foreign language to me 😞 I don't know where to get the information and how to send it to my web designer to get it incorporated.  Any help?

As far as I understand, you are using other website that is wordpress, or wix and you need a buy button. I assume you already have the buy button app. Every product has its own buy button. So you need to create for each product unless it is in the collection

I've got that part down, but its what pieces of the code are necessary to send after I've created the buy button, like to edit it and such, or do i need to create a whole new one?
