How do I install event snippets from Google ads in Dawn theme?

Can anyone help me install event snippets from google ads? I have installed the google tag on theme.liquid but i am unsure where to put the event snippets, google are no help. 

I want to set conversion goals for "add to cart" "checkout" and "Purchase" each have their individual snippet but not sure where they go. many thanks
