Hello,

Where do I add the code from Lucky Orange in the dawn theme so I can track shoppers on my site?

It says to paste just before the closing </head> tag but I have no idea how to ge there.

Thank you so much, appreciate it!

In your code files, go to Layout - Theme.liquid.

Then do a search for the </head> tag and paste your code right before that tag.

Were you able to find it?

Can you take a screenshot of your theme.liquid. file where you pasted the code? Thanks.

I reversed the code for now but here is what it looked like. I probably did not paste it right. 68AE920A-744D-413A-8A49-EFF5DC1A9FA0.jpeg

I posted it above. Did you want me to take a screenshot of something else?

I don't see the lucky code snippet in the screenshot. What does the code look like?

If you want to send it to me discreetly so I can see it, follow the steps in my signature. Thanks.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to "Online Store" and select "Themes."

  2. Locate the Dawn theme and click on the "Actions" dropdown menu.

  3. Choose "Edit code" from the options provided.

  4. In the code editor, under the Layout folder, locate the "theme.liquid" file, which represents the main template for your theme.

  5. Open the "theme.liquid" file and scroll down until you find the closing </head> tag, which marks the end of the HTML head section.

  6. Just before the closing </head> tag, paste the code provided by Lucky Orange.

  7. Make sure to publish the changes by clicking on the "Save" button.

Hope this helps!
