How to change highlighted text on the product to show -(percentage)%OFF discount (Refresh theme)

Hi,

Do anybody have solution for how to change highlighted text on the product to show -(percentage)%OFF discount. Page now show discount percentage when you view selected item. but not when displaying it in store.  World (ZNIŽANJE) means discount in Slovenian language. I saw some YT tutorial with code how to change it but the columns in my codes doesn't match their code.
