How to change the background photo of the main page? DAWN theme

Hello, I've tried many code lines in different folders from dawn theme to change the background photo just of the main menu on home page. Could someone tell me how to do it ? I can't find the proper folder or maybe the script im wrinting is wrong . thank you

Go through the customizer area of the Dawn theme.

It has a option to change the banner.
