How to edit my codes

I have an online store and wanted to get rid of  my shoes section and add a new code, but don't know where to paste it. I need help desperately.

Nick here from Shopify. 

Just to follow up on what @Jason said, would you be able to share what theme you are using and a link to your store URL, please. It's very difficult to figure out what exactly you are referring to without seeing it or knowing what theme you are using. Once we know more we can look into keeping the post in this topic board if it's relevant or moving it should we need to.
