How to shift the title and product section on the far left?

I want the title and product section to be completely on the left

When I scroll left through the product section the products do go on far left but I WANT the products and the title to be on the far left from the start and not after I scroll it

Also it looks perfectly fine on the phone 
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM
How can I control that?
