HTML for uploads and description at variations

Dear Shopify Partners,

I am stuck with this item cause I want to put a code inside it so it can give my customers an option to upload a sample logo template or to upload 6 photos so I can create an Avatar for them and asked help from the AI chatbot but it failed me many times. I don't know what is wrong cause I am feeling very down now cause I tried my best for 3 days but I could not figure it out. I also need to put a description option at the variations section so people can put some extra description on every variations.

I don't get what I am doing wrong??

Please help!
