I have a cart item with a quantity of 4, How can I display these items on 4 individual line ?

The subject is self explanatory, but to make it clear, we need to be able to edit attributes on each of these 4 line items and that is the reason why we need theme to be separate and their quantity option disabled. Also, Can this also reflect in the checkout?
