I need to add jewellery map box in shopify

i need to add jewellery mapbox in shopify something like this https://taliasari.com/products/map-jewelry?variant=48543901614396   and also i have all code files i have index.html and script.js and style.css i also created a page template and pasted all the codes in template then i uploaded all asset files in assets foldes but nothing work how can i integrate this need some help
