Impact-text section code on Impact Theme

Hey everyone, I'm trying very hard to make this code work but I couldn’t accomplish yet, what i would like to do is:

I would like to adapt the impact-text section (count-up animated text) from the Impact theme to make it compatible and functional with my other theme (Focal theme) in a simple way, like a script or something similar.

I know that this section is spread across multiple files in the Impact theme that do not exist in the other theme, such as index.json, assets/sections.js, and theme.css.

Can anyone help me with this code? If anyone needs any specific code that is part of this section, just let me know, and I will provide it.
