Implementing navigation on zoomed-in image for mobile devices

Hi,

I am using the Dawn theme. I recently added code to get the zoomed-in images on mobile devices to appear properly - full screen instead of partially zoomed-in image.
But now, it is only showing one zoomed-in full screen image at a time - so a user has to go and zoom-in on each image individually instead of scrolling through all the images while staying in the zoomed-in mode.
Most of the users are coming from mobile devices for me and this is just basic functionality which when absent leads to a very poor user experience. Any help on how to fix this please?

Hey, let me know please if this is possible and how? I just need the images to be scrollable even in zoom-in mode so that user doesn't have to individually open each image to zoom.
