Mobile Pagination Not Auto-Scrolling to Top Using Ella Theme

Hi Shopify Community,

I'm experiencing an issue with pagination scrolling behavior that only occurs on mobile devices. 

Current Behavior:

• On desktop: Working correctly - automatically scrolls to top when clicking next page
• On mobile: Not scrolling to top when navigating to next page
• We have a "scroll to top" button implemented. "Scroll to top" button is working, but we want automatic scrolling without requiring user interaction. Don't want customers to manually scroll or use the button when moving between pages
• Using Ella theme

Has anyone encountered this mobile-specific pagination issue with the Ella theme? What could be causing the different behavior between desktop and mobile? Any suggestions for implementing automatic scroll-to-top on pagination for mobile devices?

That sounds strange.

If you need the opinion of the developers please share the store URL so they can check and write back to you.

And I suggest once writing to theme support as you are using a premium theme so I think they need to help you.

btw if nothing works then you need to hire a developer which can review and fix the issue for you.

It needs an additional function for mobile pagination.  

btw its good to  wait for theme support.
