Need parent menu clickable on Trade Mobile?

Hello, I need help. I have minor experience in code, but I just cannot figure this out. I want the parent menu on mobile to be clickable instead of people just having to use the arrows. I still want the arrows though too. My parent menu is clickable on desktop, just not on mobile. Anyone know? This is for Trade theme specifically!

If you make the parent menu clickable on mobile, visitors will not have access to the child menu on mobile anymore because every time you click on the parent menu, it will take you directly to the landing page of the parent menu without showing the child menu.
