Paegfly Carousel/Slideshow Interfering with Nested Menus

Hi all,

As the subject says I am currently experiencing issues with pagefly. I used it to implement a carousel/slideshow at the top of my websites homepage but it seems to be interfering with nested menus. When it auto scrolls to the next image the nested menus disappear and have to be reopened which will make site navigation for customers a little bit awkward on the home page. Unfortunately, my coding knowledge is not the best but I believe that some kind of code which prioritises the nested menus instead of the scrolling of the carousel needs to be implemented.
