Does the Shopify app store accept proxy server apps?

for example, the store sells virtual products like socks5 proxy servers,  customers can purchase them and connect to the proxy servers within the generated proxy server configurations.

I have made a proxy server plugin for WordPress Woocommerce and want to develop the same one for Shopify.
